Hi Gurus, im used to own a HDB resale 4 room flat register under my mum and my name. In 2005, i sold the unit and buy another resale HDB Masionette unit regietered under my wife and my name.
Question is if i sold my current HDB Masionette and purchase an new developed EC, can i sell the EC and downgrade to a HDB( be it new/ resale) in future?

Morning James,

The concern is: was any of this units purchased directly from HDB or using housing grant? If the answer is YES, you will not be eligible to new BTO units after purchase of new EC.
