Hi, Gurus,

Im planning to invest in private properties, but feeling confused.

Is the maintenance & conservancy costs bore by tenant or landlord? 1 agent even told me should the tenant pay the maintenance & conservancy costs over a period of time, the tenant can claim certain percentage ownership of my property behind my back.

This is tricky, is this true? Could someone advice?

Hi Simon,
Please be informed that the tenancy agreement will include the clause spcifying that the rental rate which is agreed upon is included the maintenance and conservancy charges.

The tenants responsiblity is to pay the rental on time and the rest will be settled by the landlord.
