Hi Gurus,

I'm looking to buy a 3 bedroom apartment for both living and investment purpose with psf around 800 and total cost around 1.1 mil. I would like to know few condos which fits this bill plus below:
- Near MRT
- TOP 2012 (can look for few 2013 TOP if they are really good from investment perspective)

I have explored few and would like to know your thoughts between Doublebay Residence and Waterfront Gold? Which one is better choice?
