Morning,

Standard period required to complete a HDB transaction would be around 11 to 14 weeks, depending on the first appointment date and completion requirements.
For private property, once your buyer exercise the OTP, it should take around 8 to 14 weeks, depending on the complexity and funding type for the transaction.
