Hi gurus,
If i purchase a hdb resale unit without taking any grant in Jan'10, can i now ballot for a new BTO from hdb?
i am still a ist timer right?

Can i sell my unit now?

Hi Tristan,

You have purchased a flat in Jan 2010 without grant, the MOP is 1 year for bank loan & 2.5 year for HDB loan. You have fulfiled the MOP in both cases & so, you can sell you flat now.

Since your flat was purchased without taking grant, you are still a first timer.
