Is the EM the house that you are staying at now? Sorry to ask this question as we are concerned if you have another place to stay after selling because as property agents, we are not only concerned about selling, we would like to consider other factors for the best interest for our clients.

For the price that you are asking, it may be possible. Despite the property market has cooled down due to the new property regulations,the average resales price is still on the rise due to increase in valuation price.

We would suggest a valuation to be done to get the official valuation price. Therafter, we can discuss on the cash portion to set to match your desired selling price possible. The cash over valuation depends on your unit condition and other factors like location,etc.
