Hi Gurus, I will like to enquire on the charges that i will have to pay at the resale of my 3 room HDB flat. So far i only know that i will need to pay the outstanding loan and back to cpf, 2% for agent fee.

Do i have to pay GST and how much will it be(%) and the est cost for admin charges?

Is there any other charges that i left out?

Evening Kelvin,

You will need to fulfill the MOP before you are eligible to sell your unit on the resale market. Standard cost for selling will be legal fee, HDB admin fee and search fee. Upgrading cost will be dependent on the billing date against your completion date. As for the commission payable, we can discuss that during our financial projection presentation.
