Hi Gurus, I own EA unit in Sengkang which is bought in open market with bank loan. MOP is over.I am thinking of selling my unit and buy another one to enjoy the appreciation as the market is fragile now. I am thinking of following options.
1. Sell my EA and buy 5 room in the open market
2. Buy new BTO unit and wait till takeover then sell my EA

Any suggestions / recommendation?
