Hi Gurus

I own a private studio apartment near central region and i intend to sell the property in 2016 but I understand there will be a good supply of private homes ready for sale in early 2016 so given the market conditions what are the chances I'll be able to fetch a reasonable sale price in 2016 or would it be wise to wait longer?

Views would be appreciated.
