Hi Gurus, I just purchased a new EC unit and the TOP is only ready in 3rd qtr 2016. I am currently staying in an EA in Punggol, Edgefield Plains. Unit is at 5th floor. South facing . Due to the current measures implemented for Hdb resale flat, and also reported news that bigger flats are losing their demand, some even trasacted at negative COV, I intend to sell off my flat now rather than wait till 2016 where the price may drop even further. I foresee that a lot more flat owners in Punggol will need to sell of their flat in 2015 -2016 in order to take possession of their BTO flats or ECs. Price may crash by then. What is your advise? How much my flat can fetch now? Did I miscalculated my move?
