Hi Gurus, I have intention of selling my EA in Punggol Edgefield Plains. My unit is south facing and is on the 5th floor. Relatively new renovation as i bought it in early 2008. I need a motivated agent that can fetch me a good price. I have alternative accommodation after selling. In your area of expertise, what is the best price and COV that i can expect from this current market. Please don tell me to email you guys to discuss further. I will contact you.

Morning Kenneth,

The current valuation for your unit range from $540k to $575k. The current asking COV is around $50k to $80k. And realistic closing COV would depends but should be around $60k to $68k, as per my sensing.
