Hi Zack,

Whatever we may say, we are likely to be selling our own projects to you. Why not put yourself as a tenant and think in their shoes? If you are a tenant looking for rental (since this purchase is for investment through rental), what will you be looking for in a rental unit? Close to your office? Ease of travel? Food, marketing and etc.

In my own opinion (I am not involved in both project marketing), I am more likely to choose a unit in Parc Rosewood as there are more industrial and commercial areas in vicinity.
