Hi gurus, I am selling and buying resale HDB unit. My "new" resale unit 1st appointment is on 16 June 2014. However I am now having difficulty to sell my current unit at jurong west Ave 3 area. My current unit is a 4A corridor unit at level 10. Not much renovation, but very well kept. Unblock view. I understand the current market is cold but is it really that bad? Only 1 viewer in 2 weeks, or even 0 viewer. We started selling last year Dec. I am worried if I am getting the correct agent or should I approach agents who only active in my area. (I saw in some advertivement that certain group of agents handle certain area.) Does it really make any difference? I do not intend to sell below valuation as I do not wish to hit into financial problem due to the sale of unit. I would rather not to sell if the result is negative. However it seems that I was caught in between. Any guru to advise or help on this? Thanks.
