Hi Gurus. I am a single Singaporean with a fully paid up resale Hdb flat which is currently rented out. I am considering the purchase of a resale condo to rent out. Currently my CPF ordinary account has around 56k. Cash on hand 50k and another 50k in a insurance policy maturing in June 13 Would I be able to afford a one to two bed room unit in a good location?
