Hi Doreen,
For your 2nd property you will be only eligible for 60% bank loan.
To buy with your sister who is a foreigner, you will need to bear additional stamp fees.
Kindly call me for a non-obligation discussion if I can be of assistance to you.

Hi Doreen,

As your sister is non SPR (foreigner), you will need to consider the 10% Additional Buyer Stamp Duty(ABSD) when buying a private property in Singapore.

Do note that you are eligible for 60% bank loan (2nd loan) if you have a current housing loan. If you have fully paid your current private property, then you loan can go up to 80%.

As for the downpayment and additional criteria, it really depend on whether you are buying new launch property or resale property.

Do give me a call if you need any assistance or clarification. Do let me know if you need a banker to clear your doubt in the bank loan and financing issue too.
