Hi Gurus

Any ideas if it will affect the sale of my 4ROOM DBSS if i've hacked a wall down to have a bigger masterbedroom? So instead of 3 bedrooms i have now 2bedroom. Do i need to replace the wall back if i need to sell?

Evening,

Your design concept may be tasteful for some. However, there are others who require the additional bedroom. Therefore, if you were to sell your unit and the buyer want the third bedroom, they will have to get their ID to work on it after the purchase.
