Hi Guru,
We returned our rented apartment a few months back, till date Landlord is holding back our deposit for unreasonable claims.
What can we do to have our deposit returned?
Lawyer is not to be considered because amount to claim is too small.
Our agent and ourself are ignored by landlord.
CASE does not take our case because we have an agent.
Pls advise.
