We are new spr, and planning to buy a resale EC. Please reply if we are eligible to buy this type of property. Also, please tell us if cash 100k is sufficient.

Assuming you get a resale EC at $900K, you need $252K of cash and CPF deposits.
5% Cash + 15% Cash/CPF + (3%-$5400) BSD + 5% ABSD + $3000 lawyer fee
