Hi Guru, My wife and I have joint named HDB (value at $650K fully paid) and condo (value at $1.2M with $700K loan). We are looking at getting another condo value at $1.6M. Should I transfer condo to my wife and I get the new condo on my own name. How to minimize tax and expenses for the above.
