Good afternoon,

ABSD will be refunded if you meet the eligibility conditions.

Do quickly check with your law firm on it if not call IRAS hotline tmr.

Usually this should be brought up even before you pay the 5% booking fee or when you exercise sale and purchase agreement in the witness of a lawyer.

Bought the new property together as a matrimonial home .

Willing to sell the first property as soon as possible , latest within 6 months after collecting key to the newly purchased property .

No other property beside this two property , meaning essentially , eventually owning 1 matrimonial property only , together .

2) Summary of the above:
(a) At least 1x SC for a couple.
(b) Only own 1 property each at the end of the process.
(c) Must be a matrimonial home; meaning both must be the owner.
(d) Foreigners under FTA are receiving the same treatment as SC over this ABSD.
