Hi Guru, my wife and I bought a new property recently. Can I check if it is possible for the ABSD to be refunded?

Good afternoon,
ABSD will be refunded if you meet the eligibility conditions.
Do quickly check with your law firm on it if not call IRAS hotline tmr.
Usually this should be brought up even before you pay the 5% booking fee or when you exercise sale and purchase agreement in the witness of a lawyer.

You and spouse , is a singaporean household .
Bought the new property together as a matrimonial home .
Willing to sell the first property as soon as possible , latest within 6 months after collecting key to the newly purchased property .
No other property beside this two property , meaning essentially , eventually owning 1 matrimonial property only , together .
