Hi Guru, my husband is a Singaporean and I hold Australia passport. We both work in Australia with one mortgage in Australia. We are interested in investing a property in Singapore as well as borrow Money from a bank in Singapore. Is it possible and if yes would it be a complex process. Are you able to refer me to a bank contact who I can enquire about to take up a home loan in Singapore with overseas income. what areas would you recommend to invest if we are looking for a condo tat can easily be rent out.
