Hi Guru.., I'm hoping for an advice from any expert here. I'm Singapore Citizen, 30 years old., married. My wife is a Filipino, my wife is holding LTVP+ and she work in Singapore earning around $2k per month, and as for myself, I'm earning $3k to $4k per month. We are more inclined to get a resale flat rather than BTO. Based on the information given how much available cash saving do we need to have minimum if we are interested to get a 2 or 3 room flat. Any location i don't mind. I have just gotten my HLE letter. My HLE approved amount is not more than $74k. My current CPF is about $41k. I'm looking for $0 COV paying. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks.

Evening Razali,

Based on your income, the HLE amount is considered very low. May I ask if you are under any debt relief program or do you have bad credit record? I would advice that you try to sort it out else you will require a lot of cash to purchase a resale unit.
