Your bf would have bought the unit under single scheme or with parent. Hence you are not required to inform HDB about your union on marriage. To rent out the HDB unit, your bf must fulfill the required MOP before he would be eligible for it. But if both of you want to apply for HDB unit together, both of you have to sell off your units.
