Asked by Mr. Overseas Buyer
Hi Guru,
I would like to ask why in every floor plan information, the developer never write the dimension (length, width) of each unit, room, kitchen etc?
I thought these information will help buyer like me to decide the size of the unit. In my country whenever we get the project brochure, it always indicate the dimension on the floor plan, why in Singapore they do not indicate it?
I understand that the actual unit may have slight different in size, however it is good if they still can indicate the estimated dimension. So far I only have the scaled drawing of the floor plan. Is there any reason why the developer do not want to indicate the estimate dimension on their floorplan?
Thanks and Regards,
