Hi guru , I’m looking to know

To get enbloc to work, need 80% for flat >10 , and 90% for <10 years

but what if i can get 80% but got 1 or 2 owner don’t want to sell ?(1 or 2 is the other 20%)



Note:

The sales proceeds from the enbloc is more then sufficient to cover any losses and above market price( hence its purely on the owner not wanting to sell due to their personal reasons)

Hi,

1) I suggest you approach an agency that does en-bloc sales to start with.
2) There are specific procedures to follow and proper documentation other than to get the 80% consent.
3) The agency can help to ensure the whole process is legally recognized and put it up for final bidding.
4) As for the 20% who do not agree to the sale can put up an appeal to court when the en-bloc process had gone through.
