Hi Guru. I own a room 4 Room Premium flat at BLK 117 Edgefield Plains, Punngol 21. The current transacted resale price for a similar flat in my blk was 500K. However my house has extensive renovations and a unique quality in terms of numerology, i.e. all numbers would add up to 9 (A special Indian, Chinese Feng Shui Quality). Also the Mee Toh School (one of Singapore's top primary school) Hence with the aforementioned attributes and qualities wish to market my house for $750K... Is there any willing and able agent to take up the assignment to market my house? Many Thanks!!!
