Hi Guru
I own a jumbo flat in clementi and it consist of 2x3 room flat.Its possible to rent out as 2 different unit?Must i get approval from hdb
and what reason to give?i bought it in 2008 and still serving outstanding loan.

Afternoon Jess,

YOu would have applied for the unit to be registered as Jumbo hence HDB will only allow you to rent it out as one unit.
Did you purchased the unit using Housing grant?
If so, you have yet to fulfill the MOP. But if you purchase it without the grant, yes, you are eligible to rent out the unit.
