Do you have the approval from HDB that you can sell before MOP? It is always better to market early, before MOP rather than your HDB flat just reached MOP. Why? Supply and demand. If you are going to market your unit just after MOP, you are going to face a lot of competition (other owner also thinking of selling) and this means you could end up selling at a lower price and will possibly takes a longer time to sell.
The chances of you selling to en-bloc owners will be much lower if you wait until next year because they have a time line to buy.
