Hi,

You have to go down to the HDB Branch Office to check if you can do so on a case to case basis.

You can only remove your name if they are able to refund you any CPF monies you have used and also if they will still be able to service a loan if there is any.

If not, selling the current might be an option.

Nevertheless, do make a trip to the branch office and your questions would be answered.
