As you have yet to get a shelter for yourself. I would advise you to check the max loan available for your next flat before you decide to sell. It's best to know if you are able to settle down with a roof after your current flat's completion, its important!

As current property market is hot now. Should you decide to sell your flat now, the earliest HDB 1st appt would be around early July. You will only need to move out 6-8 weeks after your 1st appt.

Hi Johnny,

COV varies depending on factors like floor level, condition of unit and facing, etc. Since your unit is a corner high floor unit, I would expect ur unit to be able to fetch a higher COV than average. Say $30k up or even higher if we meet the right buyer.

The current COV for your location is around $30k to $40k . If you require 2 to 3 months of extension of stay , we can place this as the condition of sale to the potential buyers,
if the buyer agreed and concluded sales based both parties agreed price then sign the Option to Purchase .
I will also do a financial plan, to let you know how much is your profit.
Assist in application for bank loan or hdb for the next flat... calculate profit $ and CPF fund return to you...
etc..
