10%+3% will be applicable if the purchase is under your name or both names.

If it's under your SC hubby's, it will be 7%+3%.

If you were to purchase together with your husband, the total stamp duty which is payable will be 10% + 3%.

You may want to explore the option of decoupling so that you can enjoy some tax savings and avoid paying Additional Buyer Stamp Duty at all.
