Hi Guru,

I am Singaporean and my wife is holding S pass.She from Malaysia.

We are planing to bid new bto hdb after she get the PR in 2013 because we had been trying but her PR got rejected several time.While waiting we plan to buy a condo at Malaysia this year.(2012)


1.After purchase a condo unit at Malaysia can we still bid the new bto unit?

2.After purchase a condo unit at Malaysia can we still purchase resale unit in SG?

3.How can we own a property in Malaysia and purchase a hdb in SG?

Hope Guru here can give some advise to me.
