Hi Guru, have a couple of queries and need ur advice. Currently, i am staying in a 5Room in Tampines. The loan has been fully paid up this year. Would like to move to a smaller flat eg. 4 Room in the east area. Cash on hand 100k, and no intention to have any outstanding loan. Can i have some suggestions? Am thinking of looking a flat in the east area but the flat must not be too "old".

Evening, You are looking at downgrading and being debt free. To acheive this, we need to work on your possible selling price, based on your unit sizing and location.
