Hi Guru,

Currently self employed with average monthly salary of 2K. I have 74K in CPF, and 50K in savings would like to purchase a resale 3 room flat in East. Past 35 years old. Is it possible? I notice HDB HLE usually don't approve self employed personal.

Hi there!

HDB does accept self-employed, they have another method of measuring the income as usually self employed have less stability of income.
