In the event that your SPR status is not renewed, you will be required to sell away your HDB unit through the resale market.
If you have not fulfilled more than 4 years of MOP, you might incur Seller stamp duty on the sale. Do note that based on your case, it is very unlikely that HDB will buy back your unit based on market value.
