(1) As a PR, your HDB cannot rent out as a whole unit. Thus this affect your ROI.
It is meant for your own stay when you are in SG.
(2) Selling back to HDB fetch the lowest price in compare with selling in open market. And HDB might not wish to take it back.
(3) It is therefore best to get your PR renew. However, due to your absence in SG for the past 2 years. The chance of getting renew is quite low.
Suggest to sell in open market to get the best return for your purchase.
