Hi Guru,
Appreciate your advice. A buyer has expressed interest to buy my parents' place. He has given 1% deposit. However, he backed out and the deposit cheque bounced.
1) Any way of taking action against the buyer?
2) if we managed to get 1% deposit back, and the buyer doesn't want to proceed with the sale anymore, is there any fees that we have to pay to the agent?
