You are assuming that EA pricing will fall due to low demand and EC prices will raise due to growing craze? EA and EM have their pool of buyers, a good handful of them with ready cash. This pool of demand is constantly there but the supply have came to a stop. EC are growing in numbers and direct purchased EC will normally allow owners to earn a fair deal. But HDB are building alot of ECs which means if you are hunting for resale EC, buyers will have alot of choices. With choices, pricing become competitive. I believe what you need to worry is on your budget, living style requirements, locations and how long you intend to stay there before you move on.
