Following up on an earlier question, what is the expected rentals for a 2-BR unit in the Clift upon TOP?
Understand developer is holding back a number of loft units to lease out as serviced apartments? Will this lift rentals or depress them for individual owners in the Clift? Personally, I think it should lift rentals as the developer will serve a different market.
Btw, please contact me if you specialise in corporate leases (especially banks, MNCs etc.)
