I've signed option to purchase and put deposit, will only obtained the key/flat by year 2015. Would like to seek for your professional advice regards to the definition of "PRIVATE PROPERTY" meaning.
Does it mean Private residential property? Commercial property? Industry property?
May I know what type of private properties that i should not consider during this period?
