Hi Experts,

Bedok central will be available for selling in early 2013. It will be 5 years. What will a 4A on a high floor (above 10) with a good view fetch? Can you give the valuation and COV estimate that a seller can ask. It is a fantastic location. The blocks are from 219A to 219C. Thank you !

Afternoon Tim Dawg,

I have brought my buyer to view a unit at Linear Green during 2011. It was asking for around $650k but closed at $620k. Most MOP units fetch good selling price. As to anticipate the pricing in 2013, nobody can tell what's in for us tomorrow, less to tell you what's things like in 2013.

However, if you are looking at units along the track, you will get good view, higher asking price, along with the noise. If you are looking for cheaper units, try those that's not facing the track.
