Hi everyone. I intend to sell my 3NG bedok north unit which just reached MOP and upgrade to a 4 room at woodlands. May I know the amount I have to bear besides the agent fee? Roughly how much are e legal fees? Payable upon 1st appt? Im currently having an outstanding hdb loan. Thanks!

Afternoon, For sales of HDB unit, you will be required to pay for the HDB legal fee. Depending on the selling price, it should not exceed $350, payable by cash at first appointment.
