hi , currently i am staying on a EC which is more than 10yrs and already privatised. if i want to pruchase a new EC , how can it be done? do i book the new EC first, and when new EC about to TOP, then i sell away my existing one, is it ok?

so that i still have a house to stay during the new EC construction phase till TOP.

i still got an outstanding loan for my existing EC(already privatised) i bought my existing EC from resale (open market)
