Unfortunately, this site does not allow for rent by owners. You may wish to seek other alternatives. I am unsure of why are you looking to look for the tenant on your own although I know it is relatively easy to do so and the various documents template are available. It is more of the experience along the way which we have handled countless rental transactions, met with the different profile of tenants and the different situations arising out from the transaction that could be of benefits to you as a landlord.

Many of the popular property websites allow posting based on subscriptions.
As such, I will be glad to help post your listing on the websites I subscribe to. After all, should a tenant's agent bring a tenant and successfully close the deal, the agent will likely collect commission from you as well. As such, why not pay this commission to an agent who will represent and look after your interests instead? Just my 2 cents' worth.
