Hi can i check if it is possible to sell my fully paid resale hdb exec flat if not yet met the min mop period?

Reason given that since my parents had passed on and only left me and my spouse so thinking to downgrade.

Evening,

With the given reason, you can opt to write into HDB and appeal your case. It would help if you have fulfilled more than 4 years into MOP. Anything lesser than that will be tough to work on unless you have a solid case to justify the exception.
