Thank you for your question. May I know your age in order to estimate the loan you are eligible for? In addition, given that you are taking up HDB loan where your maximum loan value is 85%, your $40,000 CPF funds available will be required to cover the 15% downpayment as well as normal buyer stamp duty, therefore assuming that you are using minimal cash for the purchase, your maximum purchase price can only be around $222,000 range. The purchase price can increase if we factor in your eligible housing grant as well as any cash component that you may have.
