Hi can anyone tell me how I can sell my resale flat before I stay for the full 5 years? (stayed for about 3 years now) I took a HDB loan and had government grant.

Evening,

With HDB grant, your required MOP is 5 years. For special conditions and situations, you are required to write in to HDB and request for approval.
