If the key collection for the BTO unit is around August 2018, it would be good to start marketing your unit around March 2018. The challenge for fetching higher than standard market pricing for your unit would be the age and condition of your unit. The current balance lease is less than 60 years hence we need to look for young buyers or buyers with ready cash. If your unit is located on higher ground and well renovated, we can ask for higher offer.
