Hi, both me and my husband is a SC owning a HDB resale flat, we intend to sell the flat after meeting the MOP and upgrade to a condo, Q1) do I need to keep aside the $74k in CPF OA? Q2) how long does it take finalize the purchase of a condo? Thanks.
