Hi base on your reply why should owner be penalise if the corporate and agents did not inform the landlord or submit the particulars of the tenant to HDB for approval before asking the worker to shift in. In my case I got the message from one of the tenant that the 6th tenant will be shifting in. I thought the agents from both side will do the necessary work which means the submission of the tenant's detail to HDB for approval. After a few days I message one of the tenant and ask whether the tenant have already shift in then she said yes. I put a message at the group chat which ,the corporate HR, their agent, and agent assistant and one of the tenant are in. Corporate agent called me and said they have overlook on this because the corporate was busy. I told her how busy also you should have given priority to submit the detail. I then asked to submit the detail to my agent immediately and my agent then submitted the details.
Anyway it's the agents duty to make sure all this is done .Overcharge commission 100% above market value but landlord must do all the findings and alert the agent is it? I think in case I can take this matter to CEA and demand for inquiry right?
