Hi, as my BTO flat will be ready for key collection by year end so I need to sell my current 4-room flat in Punggol. Two questions:

1) What's the resale value for Punggol flat (in particular Punggol Drive)?

2) I'm servicing a bank loan for my current flat, and intending to get another bank loan for the BTO. What's the rules and quantum for the loan?

Evening Allan,

Punggol Drive is quite a stretch of units, ranging from Blk 61X to 64X. It would be helpful to know which particular block and level your unit is located. Since you are getting a bank loan, you should be 80% loan, subjected to the TDSR and MSR requirement.
